Kear is supporting the facilitation of Wellbeing Confident Leader workshops, and mental health training to Senior Civil Servants across the UK.

Kear has also provided consultancy services to Clare Haven Services Ltd in clarifying the support and supervision needs of their front line staff; and providing guidance around professional caseload management.
